Samson fell by delilah
Ahab fell by jazebel
Adam fell by eve
King David fell by batsheba
I've become a slave to my emotion
An enemy to my intuition
My heart is torn apart
Over the war between my emotion and my sense of reasoning
My head holds back
But my heart push fort
Like an addict in need of a dope
I long for her presence
Like a fish pulled out of the water
I'm crushed at her absence
She's the definition of beauty
The personification of courtesy
Gentle in heart
Radical in mind
She's a goddess in the midst of mortals
She's my beautiful distraction
To the dream girl I've not yet seen.
