Society has broken me
Beaten me down
'Do this, do that!'
They try to push me around

I will not bow
To their ways, their opinions
I will not become another stereotype
In their oppressive dominion

They always go with the flow
They stoop so low
To fit in
I just wish they'd know
That there's more to life
Than remaining within lack of variety
They are afraid to be Different
In this Stereotypical Society

I liberate myself
From these binding shackles
Tune myself out
From their jeers and cackles

I want to be different
I want to be free
I won't let these people dictate what makes me
Me

And when they lie in the face of reality
The thing in which they have been so blind to
They cry out for help
And I state
"I'm used to it, aren't you?"
