He traveled downward
and kissed every scar she left.
Reaching the ones I left,
he glanced up.
Leigh... what is this?
I lost my breath.
Inhale, exhale.

He shook his head, disbelieving.

How do you explain that
your tears are flammable
and that it isn't too painful
to set them ablaze?
