After noon on Sunday
When I walk beside the street
I’m now looking up
Instead of at my feet.

This wave is exciting in
Nature so enticing
The state feels now inviting
East Coast, now I’m biting.

“What feels good will come.”
Hoping to see the familiar face
Among the concrete paths
In a white-washed foreign place.

The idea of this is lovely,
I feel the situation is of me.
I’ll find my peace and let time be.
Please ignore my shaking knee.
