Songbirds chatter
a joyous hymn
their chorus lull
from hours in
their song of flight
now replaced
with insects hum
and good nights grace
heavy long emerald grain
bow and lap
from dewy weight
horizon lit
crimson hue
day star settles
to western blues
mornings charm
time is treasure
the Golden Hour
evenings pleasure
