Time passes, ever slowly
You hear the clock is ticking
By yourself in the woods, afraid and lonely
You thank the stars that you’re still kicking

You see before you two diverging roads
Made slippery with Frost
You think you know the way to go
But realize you’re lost.

Time goes by so ******* slow
But faster than you’ll ever know
Faster than you could ever go
Faster than you’ll ever know

Time speeds up, your heart rate too
‘Cause time cannot keep up with you
Time will not creep up on you
‘Cause time cannot keep up with you
