Dear Unwanted Thing

It's printed into your

ice cold, pale skin.

Permanent and never fading.

Tattooed in black ink,

all the promises you

have made and broken.

You reap what you sow;

And dear unwanted thing

of my life, this is a sharpie

and these are your mistakes

that has made you leave

a path of destruction

right behind you.

You dragged us along

the rusted barbwire

and broken glass

that has left us all

bleeding and scarred.

Dear Unwanted thing of

this pointless, drawn out life,

you've sacrificed the good

only to bring us all pain.

Dear Unwanted thing in my life,

You are no longer worth my time.
