I'm sure of the strength in your arms
I'm familiar with their harsh words
Their daggers sent to cause me harm
All of our "dreams deferred"

I know of every freckle on your face
I've seen many of their disgusted looks
But we've obtained our own pace
There's no need to go by the books

You know, you really are my best friend
You're the only one I don't get sick of
Your jumbled words are mine to comprehend
Even when you don't believe they're enough
For WY
