Hydration
The Daisy buds are in shell,
The empty landscape thrives
Where once before was dry, dry,
cracked and etched with loneliness
Now diamond tear-drops fall
From the bleeding night sky
The trees are your ribs
The leaves are your eyes
I am lost
In a shadowy cage
A dampened maze
Searching for your voice
Among the flowers
Your heart, your mind,
your restless eyes
seizing me, binding me tight.
