This house is falling down slowly piece by piece
The foundation is gradually crumbling beneath
The floor boards are creaking and cracking
The windows shattered, wall paper peeling
It looked promising while under construction
I have always felt safe in this house
But it was a false sense of security
The wind is too harsh, the wolves are blowing it down
I have relied on it throughout its entire life
But I don't know if it will hold up this time
