Denial

Why does she act so

Let her destroy herself

Change because she needs to slip perfectly into the sea of sameness

But she forgets the most important thing

To be herself

Not even the others try as hard

But she lets go of reality

And suddenly she's falling too fast

As she grasps back onto the rough, cold reality

Her ignorance appears too fast and again she's falling

But now she wears a mask of denial to hide her truth

Reality is screaming at her but she is walking away from it
