He told me
He forgive you
And so should I.
He told me
Life is too short
To live with anger
Because you die.
He told me
He wasn't perfect,
And even though he tried,
He told me
He often came up short
But he always tried.
He told me
All the answers
Couldn't change his fate
But that free will
Would eventually prove
Him right.
