At last everything is quiet. All of the people have gone. I am finally getting some rest. No more remembering how much I hurt. My pain is over and now I simply lie here. I do not know how long I will be here, but I know I am where you are not. I have only vague memories of you . I know that many people cried about the way you treated me, but their sympathy means nothing to me now. After years of abuse and cruelty, I am now at rest in the cold earth, because no one would care to listen to me, but at least you can't hurt me anymore.
