I heard some scientific materialist
Talk about the future of robots in our society in a podcast

He said human beings are just machines
He laughed at the idea of consciousness

I'm not a machine
A man is not a machine

A man has hopes and dreams
People show empathy and love
People create and inspire
And overcome cancer

Any fool can see
We are not machines

Regardless if you are atheist, agnostic
I don't care
I have respect for you even though I disagree

Don't call me a machine
I am man
