Excuses
There’s something I’ve wondered
About the excuses that we use
But when the opportunity comes
Our time we often abuse
My friend always complains and makes excuses
About not having much time
But for lunch he watches a movie
Instead of working his behind
Some students often complain
About what they get on their tests
Because they thought, they didn’t have to study
But, that happens to the best
Even I procrastinate sometimes
I’ll find something more enjoyable to do
Putting it off until the last day
And then work ‘til two
If we could use out time wisely
We would get so much done
We would accomplish our dreams sooner
Fulfilling our lives with everything under the sun
