With each day I walk through out my life, I leave things behind. Though I may not see the traces I leave on my path. Each instance give me the opportunity to do something. The marks I will leave can be for good or bad. They can be for happiness or to leave a person sad. I can give encouragement or despair. I can cause confusion or help to clear the air. How I live my life, whether with selfishness or love will all come back to me when I am finally gone. Though I do not know what lies ahead, I know what I have left behind and on these things I will be judged, on how I lived my life.
No one escapes judgement. If nothing else our deeds will be our judge. Humans may write history, but we write the actions of our daily lives. How do you want to be remembered?
