Mar 2015
You’ve taken my atmosphere,
relieved it of its height,
sifted through the clouded thoughts,
streaks of white on a blue canvas
rippled to the caring eye
Pleading understanding
in a pinkish hue
blended into the scenery
painted by a brush stroke of genius
while catching me as I fall back to earth
softly in your arms
where I once again can breathe
with you
