How
I shut
myself down
it's a wonder
in its self

Sometimes
I crave being needed
while I'm in need of great help

If I could trust
in the Universe
and clean this house

Perhaps
more good
would
spew forth
when
I opened
my mouth

How can
you grow up
if you're a child of God.

But it's
the only way
I know about

When
things
get
too
hard

You could
never give it away
no you lost your chance

Putting it all
down to happenstance

You can't anymore
it was taken from you
long before

You gave it freely
where it is now
I just don't know.
