Clouds float across the sea like boats along the vast ocean.
Shapes form in children's heads, inspired by the unbounded clouds.
Mouses, trees, superheroes, and whatever else takes their fancy.
They form the things of dreams and reality,
In this world and the next, creating fantasies
And reminding us of reality with a short, fierce, rainstorm that leaves us
Breathless, hoping for our favorite shapes to return but they inevitably don't.
They never do...
