Clouds float across the sea like boats along the vast ocean.
Shapes form in children's heads, inspired by the unbounded clouds.
Mouses, trees, superheroes, and whatever else takes their fancy.
They form the things of dreams and reality,
In this world and the next, creating fantasies
And reminding us of reality with a short, fierce, rainstorm that leaves us
Breathless, hoping for our favorite shapes to return but they inevitably don't.
They never do...

A still comes over my mind when I see you.
Like when a pond calms
After a rock has been thrown in it.
You calm my mind, my soul
I crave that calm.
The sight of you brings back memories,
Times that I have spent with you.
From a word in a busy hallway
To a day spent with you.
What more can I want?
Need? Desire?
Nothing but seeing you.

Imagine.
Imagine the cruelty in the world.
Imagine that you are a Jew in a concentration camp, being led to a mass grave.  You’re forced down on your knees, gun on your head, and they fire.  There was a blank in the gun.  You find yourself among your peers, their bodies dead and thin and cold.
Imagine.
Imagine the love in the world.
Imagine your new baby girl.  She’s wrapped up in your arms, staring at your, she fills her lungs, and screams.  Is it possible to love someone so much that even when they scream, you love them?  Over the years, waking up early, feeding her at midnight, consoling her over heartbreak, walking her down the aisle when she finally finds someone!
Imagine.
Imagine how many people have been robbed of that love because of the cruelty on earth.
Imagine that you were one of those 3 million Jews, and you never got to see your baby girl, in your arms, gently sleeping.
Imagine what each one of us can do by spreading love and not hate.
Imagine.

A life of torture and anguish
Is not what I want.
What I want, is a life
Forever at your side,
Sheltered from the storm that is life.
Through hell and highwaters
My need for you is steadfast.
The house built on rock
Instead of sand.
Although other things in my life
May be washed away,
My love and want for you
Will always remain.
For it is all
I want.

Its large scaly head rears back.
Fire roasting its throat,
Spewing out of its fanged mouth.
Veiny wings spread out,
Raising its *** into the air.
Its majesty dwarfs all,
Weapons are useless
Against its armored hide.
Its beaut graces all,
Fangs, fire, and talons
Destroy all in front of it.
Its elegance overshadows all,
Lesser beings run in fear
Of facing this beast.
Isn't it sad that we will never see
This wonderful, fantasy creature?

A smile or a look from you
Sends me spiralling up and away.
Just seeing you gets me high.
Its like being drunk
On the most intoxicating wine.
Talking to you sends me
Through time and space
From our first kiss
To in the future,
Where we will be together
Forever.

You are my drug.
You are my euphoria,
My happiness, and most of all,
my love.

It manifests itself in many forms
Whether a walk through a park
Or a kiss on a children's playground.
Although it's a four-lettered word,
It holds much more emotion
Than it seems is possible.
Being with someone you share
So many memories with
Is the perfect description of this word.
It is more than a feeling,
It is a sense of mind,
A place,
And another person.
