My mind has fallen into a place i do not understand

My emotions have been trampled upon
My laughter has ran away with my smile
My feelings are now hidden from all

My frown is a upside down crown
I am now the leader of nothing

I look for sympathy for comfort
All I find is empathy for understanding

They do not know my hurt
So how can they understand

Have they bled as I bled
Have they cried as I cried
Have they felt pain as I felt
