darkest hour
the darkest of your hours,
the one you dread the most
seems to have been haunted
by an unforgotten ghost
you wish you could forget
what has been said and done,
but sweetheart your darkest hour
has only just begun,
I warned you that the road ahead
would break your dainty soul
but you just went on ahead
and now youβre all alone,
when your darkest hour
seems to be undone,
remember that the darkest hour
is but sixty minutes long.
