THE CUP THAT CHEERS
Man is certainly stark mad
He cannot make a flea
Yet he can make
Gods by the dozen
Wrote Montaigne.
But surely man can not be wholly bad
If he can make a cup of tea
With which to slake
A heavβnly cousinβs
Throat-dry pain?
