If I've told you once
I've told you plenty
I will not
Keep my armor shiny.
Grabbed my sword
And saddled up,
I'm sure you know
What you gave up.
I'm no pawn,
And I'm no king,
I'm the knight
Who has nothing.
Got my shield,
And grabbed the reins,
I am headed
Towards insane.

If I've told you once
I've told you plenty
I will not
Keep my armor shiny.
I'll take care,
So don't you fret.
I can restore
My honor yet.
I'm no sinner,
And I'm no saint
I'm the knight
Who clearly ain't.
I'll be safe
So don't you worry
It's only time
That's in a hurry.
