Music inspires my poetry.
Lyrics describe my life.
I'm in love with the sounds that capture my soul.
I'll sacrifice it all for the sake of a melody.

My heart pumps in tandem to this beat.
Three or four minutes to relieve all strife.
If I get into a fatal car wreck tonight,
I want this song to be playing.

When I put pressure on piano keys it's like I'm freeing myself.
Pouring it all out between the notes.
It speaks to me and here's what it's saying:
This is my release.
