Dear Someone

Dear someone

I hear that you have to be out there

Will you want to help me?

Will you try to fix me?

Will you hold my hand and rub my hair?

Dear someone

Don’t ruin me

Dear someone

No matter what I say

Don’t leave me be

Dear someone

If you’re out there

Please understand

That I’ve been lonely for so long

I don’t know what it means for someone to care

Dear someone

It takes a lot for me to give my trust

Dear someone

Don’t lose faith in me

I’ll keep believing in us
