Poetry is a dream I had. I left myself to hang in my closet at 15. Poetry is the fear you can't look in the eye of the middle night: the fear of your corpse dangling and lifeless.

I wrote you down. I handed you to my English teacher and she accused me of plagiarism.

Life has accused me of poetry ever since. I had no choice in the matter. Nor will I ever.
