Wouldn't Change A Thing
I didn't go the right way
No, I've made a few wrong turns
I've played some games with matches
I've had my share of burns
I may not have it all together
I don't have much to claim
But to myself I've always been true
I've followed my own aim.
It might have made it harder
Always making my own path
I might have lost a lot of races
But I never came in last
I always did what I thought was right
So the regrets I have are few
Never looked for any prize
Just did what I should do
Now looking back
My vision's improved
Seeing clearly now
I still wouldn't change a move
My past is part of who I am
It's what has made me me
And I like myself just as I am
Wouldn't change a thing about me!
