You buzz around my face
black fly.

the enemy retreats
and BACK again you come
to torture me on this glorious day

shoo fly don’t bother me

may I use your thousands of eyes fly? for
I have a pest that
wont leave me be

if you were me and I was you
                      fly
would you swat and swing at me?
I'm coming home baby
Thumbs up
Bags packed
I'm on the highway now
Heading in one direction
I don't care if it takes weeks
Baby I'm hitchhiking home
I'll be there soon
Soon enough to make love to you
Claim you finally saved
Finally able to be happier
I'm not afraid of serial killers
****** can **** my dead body
I'm coming to you
Coming home and feed you my affection
I'll pass any test
A's no B's or C's
Trails will be burned
Tribulations already surpassed
Even before they are set
Baby I'm hitchhiking home
Hello poetry
What's your name again?
Is it love?
Maybe sarrow
All these words
Ill have to borrow.

The feelings are mine
They are nothing new.

Hello poetry
Digging up these feelings
Hello poetry
You've started me believing
That ill soon be achieving
Everything I've been seeing
I know who you are
when I can feel the weight of your soul
Pressing against my own.
It's colder here than anywhere I will ever know.
But I would rather die
than surrender.

If you were a dream
let me be the eternal sleeper
If you were a song
let me never take off the headphones
If you were darkness
          let there never be light

If I were a boy living the dream
of listening to that song in the dark

Let you be you.

Love blinds
Unwinds
Spellbinds
Love fails
Prevails
Unveils
Love distresses
Undresses
Possesses
Loves tries
Flies
Dies

The world can be filled with wonderous sights
Like the baby birds when they first take flight
Breathtaking colors everywhere
Most of us don't see or care
We didn't even notice from the start
We look with our eyes but we should see with our hearts
