The Viking In Me

by @sherri-woodman

I hate when emotions break through to tears because showing I'm vulnerable is what I fear I've suppressed as much as I possibly can to fall apart for an ordinary man You have no power, do you understand you've put me through hell and back again You won't break my spirit or take my pride I can match you, I'm a Viking inside When you hurt me it only toughens my skin as I rely on the power from within
