She jumps into the freezing water, Goes under and sits on the bottom. If she just screams it out, Will she feel release? Wondering if the water that comes into her lungs will numb the pain. Washing over her till she can’t feel it anymore. How do you release something that swallows you from the inside out? Slowly taking over everything Bit By Bit. She opens her eyes and dives up for the surface. Catching her breath in gulps. Wondering if only she got enough air, would it stop the drowning inside. Would it ever stop. She needed strength to fight it. But her strength was dying out. She needed her savior, She needed love again to save her.
