Upon my grave I swear such words.
Not be repeated by men or birds.
By kith or kin.
No mortal sin.
As scabies creeping 'neath itching skin.
Irksomeness and irritation.
Drums be banged in expectation.
May the flowers be bought forth.
So buzzing bees get fed and pollen spread.
The coming.
The going.
All mortals knowing.
Perplexed by the way the world is going.
Purple haze of flower beds.
Man and his minions are losing their heads.
Heralding a missing future.
Of dog show trophies made of pewter.
Bent out of shape.
Somewhat distorted.
Free flying world of buds and bees.

You know what?
I don't care if I never indulge in closeness again.
*** is messy.
Love is complex.

I dwell in a room that I leave now and then.
To go to work when the need arises.
Another day.
Overflowing surprises.
Not cause I'm crazy.
I'm in love with myself.
My very being.
I can count upon me.

I don't argue back.
I have the knack of that.
I'm good at being alone.
No one to whinge at.
Nobody to moan.

The telephone rings from time to time.
Usually someone telling me that they're interested in arranging a pay out for the accident that I had many moons ago.
I say "what when was that then, you seem sure that you know".
After this I hold the phone away from my ear, and on they drone.
I can sense the pennies that tick.
As they're flowing  away down the phone line.
Do they really think, I'm that thick.
I guess, they've all got earn a crust.

On the cliff top I stand.
I'm looking out to sea.
The rolling white horses, in their morning silence are calling only to me.
The breeze flicks my hair.
It's chilly.
Not a soul to be seen, save mine.
Closer I move.
Near to the edge.
Checking out the lichen, which dresses the rocks.
From nowhere the wind increases, without intention I find myself flying.
I'm a perfect butterfly without wings.

It's later now.
The walker of the blonde dog finds me.
Laid prone, potentially slain by the wind.
The dog.
The beautiful dog licks my cheek.
I stir.
The walker looked on, somewhat bemused.
He dropped to his knees.
So handsome.
Confused conversation ensued.
Whatever will be will be.

Thank you John Smallshaw for a little inspiration.

The north wind blew it's kisses, on the bluebells on the ground.
The springtime Honeysuckle tangles around the garden  fence.
The garden tree, it gleams with green, the petals fallen now.
Last years garden furniture is ready for scrubbing.
It bore the weather's dreadful beats,
The dog scoots like a loony *****.
Summer's coming bearing riches.
It is still cold, the sunshine glows.
April showers tickle my nose.
The hail stones are echoing, upon the slanting roof.
Nothing left to do, but wait for warmth to come.
Ladies and gentleman.
Prepare for the sun!

There was a man in nowhere land who would not take hold of my hand.
I offered medication to ease his then condition.
I possessed more information than he could receive.
He was confused.
Was muddled up.
He declined the contents of my cup.

My hand contained a magic ***, to help sad fellow to forget.
Magic *** held Librium, to help him heal, relieve his pain.
He was in an awful place.
Paranoia hit his face.
He shook like a *** of bright red jelly.
His palms were wet.
His face was sweaty.
He trusted none.
No-one at all.
I felt for him.

"There for the grace of God go I",
I've never drunk.
Never will.

The calming effect of the paranoia relieving pill.

The last I saw of such sorry soul.
He was successfully climbing out of the hole.
I wish him luck for future health.

You are a beacon in the darkness of night.
You kiss me as the frost bites.
With highly charged most vicious teeth.
Which, sink in hard and fast.
It's ravenous.
As if a child of long past nights.
Hunger turns to starvation.
You swathed me with eternal mist.
Stranded in a land, in which I'm sorely lost.

Take her hand and guide her.
Lead her left or steer her right.
Feed her sensibility.
From a plastic spoon.
Make sure it won't melt.
Put the freesias that you bought her, into a water jug.
Make her good strong coffee.
Pour it in a china mug.
Supply her chocolate biscuits, so she can take a dip.
Be sure they don't break apart.
Coffee and chocolate biscuits.
The only way on planet Earth to mend a broken heart.
