I write not as a Teacher or Prophet
I write as a Scholar, Monk or Wonderer;

Not as one who has attained,
but as one who is attaining;

Perhaps fellow Wonderers
make the best Teachers.
We all view the World and each other from our own Paths,
Those Paths is your Life-Dharma.
'Tis indeed a shame
our superficial society
sees "ugly" only as physical;

For many people who
do to the eyes appear pretty
are indeed quite ugly people.
-
"Those who say it cannot be done
should not interrupt the person doing it."
..
"Be that as it may or may not,
I still hope your Karma catches you
in time for me to see it, yeah:
in time for me to see it take you down.

The System needs to come crashing down,
it's for the greater good, don't you see?"
Idea for a chorus-like section in a new song of mine.
The System needs to come crashing down;
it's for the greater good, don't you see?
Life is a relatively unrelenting Beast:
Ride it or be Eaten.

Experience, that is to say Life,
is a series of implicit lessons
which you have the power and freedom
to accept or to ignore.

I recommend acceptance.

If you don't accept the lessons as learning experiences,
surely you will eventually have to come to terms with them.
Perhaps in this body,  but perhaps not.
Perhaps soon,
perhaps now,
perhaps in a few years,
perhaps in the past.
Perhaps in a dream,
or perhaps in a posthumous DMT trip
(Wouldn't it **** to create for yourself a bad one?!)

There certainly seems to be a cycle
to which we remain bound
until we learn
how to wake up
to what we are
Reality
is a name
we apply to the Stage
upon which
the grandest improvised Act
is to play out:
Life

The World
is thy Stage;
ne'er compromise
the part
you know in your Heart
you were born to play

Everyone
is a Natural;
the tricky bit
is merely for One
to discover
One's true passion

Every part is important
in the holistic system
we know as Humanity;
in the holistic system
we've come to call Reality:

The Stage is set;
will you be ready?
"Hey Edwin, put this in your mouth,"*
quoth one co-worker while handing me some mashed potatoes on a tray.
"Woah, man; last time someone told me that, they gave me $50 first!"
"****, Edwin, you sure know how to rake in the money,"
another co-worker promptly interjected.
*"Hey, we's all gotsta pay our bills, one way or another."
Assuredly,
working in a kitchen is all about balancing reflexes, one-upsmanship and tasteless humour.
Fifteen months on this site
and I've amassed One Hundred Thousand reads
and One Hundred Twenty Five followers.

I would like to thank each of you so much for reading my writings,
through the good times and the bad,
the emotional and the logical,
the spiritual and the profane,
and everything in between.

I look forward to many more months
of reading, writing, sharing and discussion.

Cheers!
Classical Music and Metal Music
are a Father and Son who usually don't speak to each other.
But, when they do, it's ******* epic.
The easiest way to break the cycle
of a person who likes to use people
is to simply not buy into the cycle;
besides, at least to my shadow,
it is fun to watch a dependent *****
fall over due to a lack of a crutch.
