Reach
Out of your mind
Imagine a hand
Give it a plan
Send it out
Filled with hope
Touch the heart
Of the one loved most

We talk of souls
And worlds of beyond
And the mind wonders
“What souls are beyond me?”

Could it be fairytales
Hiding in the gems of trees?
Or is it gods
Playing Sims joyfully?
Are those monsters hiding under the bed,
Or Atlas letting you rest your head?

What could be out there,
In the galaxies,
In the planes?
Or are we alone,
In this giant cosmic game?
Please comment on how I can make this better. I like the concept but don't like how it is written

Little tiny beads
Vibrating in space
Connecting us all together
Like loving mates

Little tiny beads
Zillions of years old
Came from a start
That was growing old

Little tiny beads
The children of old starts
Came together
To form who we are

Little tiny beads
Connecting us all
Giving us a ****
Unthinkable ages old

Criss, cross,
Applesauce
The class sat
Watching me run
Watching me play
Not advising me to sit down
Just waiting for the teacher
Because they aren't worried
about my hide
They want a free show
As the teachers hands let go
For they were more worried
About being entertained
Than my now tanned hide

Wrists of red
Eyes of black
All I know
Is steel has my back

It manifests pain
Into something real
As I run my blood
And try to heal

For this thing
That’s gripping me
Is making my life
A ******* misery

Gun to head
Plans all set
‘Bout to break
This caps head

Then the bang
As the ravens fly
And roses rain
I'm covered in my shield
Of Death's warm embrace

Maybe this race
We can start as a team
But we gotta condition
See if we make a machine

Yes we fit! The machine is almost done
Let's join hands
And on this track we run

No this broke
The machine fell apart
We gave up the race
When things got ****

Maybe this walk
We can start as friends
Throw away the machine
And bond like human beings

Oh Lord you stir these embers
That have lain so long cold
Over a story of a unborn’s struggle
Far greater than my own

You have painted a smile
On a statue’s face
Whom believed was sculpted with a frown

God you have struck the match
You started the drop
I pray tonight
That the wind will stop
