IT is no thing - wants and wills affixed on third string
The string is bright and thin - beware

Wisdom Rectifies

Sensation smooths it likes to follow
Truth is sharp and hard to swallow

The eye serves forth a tasteful feast
Snares women dressed as hungered beasts

Redundancies in clarity
All's death and love in Verity

Soulful beast here sleeps
But ever the low heart beats
To catch her sacred kiss
Winds him for the working day

Genius like lightning
Strikes the sky despite me
Blame the watchful beast I'm riding

Sweet object of inclination
Selfish keeper of care
Reason serves to be a patron
Runs the beast into despair

Plucks a lonely note on His golden lute
My Lord save the seed - for I am the fruit

Why hide from a punctual thing?
Waste numbered days conspiring

If you truly love God's might
Love what lies beyond life's light

trust in the change
have faith in the flux

life engine turning
by god fuel burning
for a system still learning

Don't settle, don't stoop
To the men in the chute
Funneling through
A perpetual loop

The choices they made
were a crooked facade
Don't you know tainted lovers
All fall the same way

The sin that lives in every strain
Appears to some a noble vein
Time will rend, as evils bane
But the men aligned remain

This house of mine shines light divine
Yet every night the windows pine
For few are they - like rooms to stay
With tenants working all the time

They're deep where all the doors are locked
but the walls are thin, they'll hear you knock

It's quite a convoluted lot!

Say unto they! He says to me
This house divided cannot see
Communication is the key

It stands best that I alone
should take command today
possess this house - a mobile home
lest it drive itself astray

I stay as guest and servant too
The eager son, the master cue
So many rooms remain alight  
To navigate this endless night  

A strong foundation thus unfolds
A hearth of everlasting coals
the embers stir, the fire grows
To warm my everlasting soul

This house of mine shines light divine
In rooms to stay and halls to bind
I'm finding ways to pass the time
Forever in the house of mind

Out on the brink of that infinite sea
The inimical tide
Crashing over me
Adventure and death
A beautiful turmoil

As we burn through the ages
Holding onto frail black memories
Faint embers of the first blast

As the birds do

Through the field they'll flutter by

As a boy I'd seen it
