How does it feel like being nowhere and everywhere?

I'm like that puppy trapped in a cage asking for help. But no one can hear me because I'm on a ship. And I'm in a room in the lower basement. I can hear water splashes. I'm scared but don’t know exactly what’s happening. I'm calling my close ones, but no one is there. I can see water coming inside the room below from the door. I can feel the pressure the door is trying to handle. The door is shaking now—water coming from the sides. I guess the water level is increasing in the basement. I’m scared, petrified. Now the water has reached the top—the door about to shatter. I’m waiting till the door can’t handle the pressure anymore.
