I loved you, I loved you
With my whole being
Until my eyes started seeing.
You held my heart with tender care,
And looked in my eyes with a loving stare.
For months it was love and it was true,
But I began to notice a change in you.
Your tender care began to pass
And you left my heart laying in the grass.
Yet in your steps you remained staring
But under it all was a mysterious glaring.
You began to fade and acted fake
And inside me, I began to wake.
I gave you my all, my all, my all
But maybe that's not exactly what you saw.
You forgot my heart on the ***** grass,
And it wasn't an action that I let pass.
I picked it up with love and care
All while maintaining our curious stare.
So in the end, when you broke the gaze
It was okay that we split our ways.
I expected it then, and nothing less.
In the end it was a pathetic mess.

We all grow and look for inspirations
To help us live and build foundations
But we live in such a dying place
That very few can even fill that space.
Our society is crumbling, our society is dying,
It's why all the children stay awake crying.
They lack in a model, they lack in support,
It's why all our youth just ends up in court.
Their foundations are crumbling from unstable ground
When their only desire is to be safe and sound.

To be in his mind,
she has to be resigned
she must be blind
or her love will be always declined.

He has to be your only sight,
night and day he will be right
never wrong, in the slight.

A man of such complications
full of false accusations
needing so many explanations,
needs just as many confrontations .

A man of these ways,
should spend all of his days
alone where he lays,
as his body decays.

When you have just one life to get it all right
would you give it all up in just one night?
The effort, the fighting, the kicking, the biting
illuminating the truth with the most brilliant lighting.
To claim such strong love yet throw such big stones
seem truly a trick and a dead soul's lost moan.
My window has shattered, my heartbeat has stopped.
The blood in my veins and temperature just dropped.
Around me is glass and rusty-grey stones
with a rotten dead pain that roots from the bones.
My life line depleting is a deep red relief,
with a silent mind violent, with a broken belief.
Apologetic to apathetic in no time at all -
wrenching and wounding; the greatest of all falls.

Ooh the scars and the bruises-
Draining my life like the three hopeless muses
With a life of confusion, a life of despair,
A life full of pain and lacking in care.
Lies from the lips of those most faithful
Leaving opinions so disgustingly distasteful.
A life to escape, a world to destroy
The fall of all falls, even greater than Troy.
The world has fallen to a hellish new wave
Not a single soul can ever be saved.
With hope lost and faith destroyed,
The point to fight is forever more void.

In a world of sapphire suns and marble moons
Covered completely in hourly monsoons –
There lays a creature so filled with life
Yet all alone and lacking a wife.

He's always been known by a name so rare
That those who speak it would receive a glare.
He's really no different than you or I,
But it's what he's done for what he's known by.

On this planet of sapphire suns,
There once was a tyranny that was led by guns.
They demanded food and they demanded water;
Obtaining it all by a ruthless slaughter.

The creatures did what they could to hide
Hoping in time it would all subside.
When reality spread that there wasn't an end,
One arose on who all could depend.

Day and night, he fought for their rights
Defending and grinning he saved their lives.
He rallied the masses with his words and actions
To conjure up riots and other abstractions.

They never thought they'd see the day;
But their much needed revolution was now on the way.
With the tyrannous tyrants finally distracted,
The creature was ready when he acted.

It all took lives, and it all took time,
But in the end, it ended the crime.
With the tyrants down, there stood a savior
The one who promoted the disorderly behavior.

Statues were raised and monuments erected
But what happened next would not be expected.
A tyrant remained with revenge in his heart
Who swore he would tear this creature apart.

He devised a machine so evil and mean,
To wipe out all minds and make them clean.
In his plan, he excluded only one,
The creatures' pride; their beloved son.

This wasn't enough -- the tyrant wanted more;
He wanted their hero to be knocked to the floor.
He programmed their minds to despise and detest
The one who relived them from being oppressed.

The tyrant deemed him an unspeakable curse,
And any that spoke of him would be proclaimed as worse.
At first our savior was deeply astonished,
But not soon after, he reacted with a promise.

"In this never-ending war that I'm determined to win
I'll suffer through pain but escape with a grin.
You've won the battle but I'll win the war
I've won before, and I'll win once more."

The massive amount of flies in my head
swarm my everything - ideas and thoughts,
leaving behind only crippling dread
and tying my dreams into careful knots.
I shoo them and I repel them,
yet they still manage through my ears,
sending terrible toxins into my brain stem,
and shivering my body in the anxiety of fears.
I know they're wrong while I'm right,
but their buzzing is loud
and keep me up at night.
To keep going, I lose,
and to stop, I lose,
no matter which way I decide to choose,
I'm the one the flies always choose to abuse.
