For mental health they store
This person should be your world
The person you feel comfortable with
The one you tend to first
The person you laugh with
This person is i or me
This is self love
Caz this is where you want to be
Giving love to I or me

As beautiful as a rose can be
It can still hurt yo with thorns below
As beautiful as day can be
It is still not forever
As beautiful as hugs can be
That person is not forever
As beautiful as a new born can be
They too can turn into a ugly truth
As beautiful as a poem can be
They hide deep emotions
As happy as I act to be

Losing someone is like
A cup glued back together
Or like new dry cup
When you lose someone
You break apart
If the cup had no glue
It will break again
And if you drop
A fresh new cup
It would shatter

A shadow of fear may hurt

When you get a happy feeling

There are a million words
I haven't said

Mainly when depression is calling

Struggling more and more to carry on

Expediently when that knife

But sweeter the lie harder the fall

I could say it doesn't hurt but they are just words
But I've learned to numb the pain
I could say get over it
But hurt will be the only gain
People keep a lot in  
As we feel like garbage in a bin
A pin dropping silence it is when the demons come out
They play they fight they hang about
Til we fall
And they devour all
