The Mountain
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
Ten soldiers are marching against the peace
To the mountain that holding the Red
From the blood fountain, bringing threat
The right hand will arise among the concord
Because some mad men got bored

Oh, baby we may never see the children getting old
We might say goodbye to the delicate nostalgia
They holding our bright future in blood of chain,
Ah, baby don’t worry we will make love again

War’s going to end, someday
People are not going to realise the silence
They will get married,
They will get drunk,
They will applause the monk
Peace break will come
Soldiers will hug to their home

Take me back,
Take me back to the Great War
Take me back to the Japan
Take all the lifespan
Let’s have fun with the animals
Let’s advertise its wickedness

You hear the drum beats
You feel the warmness of the beast
I’m holding your hand
I hear the tears of the priest
Bricks will be on the ground
Children will point the hound
The war is coming again
We’re welcoming the war with all our love
No one can see the escaping dove
She’s flying all above

Take all our soul Lord
Give us entertainment
Show us the blue skin
Let us cry a little
Between this bitterness
Let’s shout out our eagerness

I’m tired of this show
Talents keep coming
Eyes coming to see
They’re all dead, they’re talented on dying

Tuesday Evening
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
I’m on the edge of life, looking forward
Somebody straighten thine knife, looking for word
I saw you, behind of the hedge of time
You were rising above the rot, the rot of peacetime

You asked thousands, I brought millions
What do you require?
What do you care?
I’ve been traveling to the 8th dimension since Tuesday evening
Tuesday evening, can’t believe my ears

What is your last desire?
I wonder what it was, what it meant
Please, touch me with your mind, for the sake of time I spent
There’s always a lullaby to blame
Like Mr. Cohen said, there’s a lover in the story
But the story still the same

Let me feel your existence
Somebody’s coming from long distance
And you know it’s moving fast, faster than the light
Let me cuddle to your warm smile, I’m cold
Let me escape…
Let me escape from the old truth

When you open your arms to me
When you give a glance to my soul
When I open my soul to you
When I give a glance to your soul
You make me feel guilty
You’re good at this

You’re doing this on purpose
And again…
I’m on the edge of life, looking forward
Somebody straighten thine knife, looking for word

Wave Your Hand
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
In the wooden places we are burning
The earth is turning while powers keep stronger
Blue turned red already and black turned green
An unique statue holding the all desires ever seen
Creatures of steel, will steal
Wave your hand against them

An Outcry to Love
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
Poets who can write
Painters who can paint
Talkers who can talk
Buyers who can buy
They’re all vanished
All the lousy politicians will be on the stage,
Front of a crowd that who can’t turn the page
Crying writers will try to write from their cage
There’ll be mayhem, there will be *** with the under-age
People will show politeness, people will show their rage
But nothing will happen,
Purple lights will replace the sunlight
Killers will pray out loud, all together
The last innocent will be a blonde little girl
Cameras will show the gypsies
A minister will die in his seventies
He will die as a hero
There’ll be flying yellow papers,
In the Self Defence Bureau
The last child who’s gonna grow will be an autarch
It began with the story of the ark
It began with your loneliness
It will be continue with your dreamless mind
The meaning of revolution needs a revolution
The young will be high, glancing down
Careless *** will be a trend in the town
The last tree will be on the playground
After this tumult, nothing will happen again

Everything About Love
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
I love people who look like me
With long hair, long cilium
She was old, I do not care
Applause
I love my mother
Silence.

Which of Us?
M Can Yılmaz Oct 2018
We’re dreamers who dreams ourselves
We’re dancing
But no one takes the first step
Confessions are always obscure

Who will go first?
We’re travellers who is waiting
We’re lovers who scare to love
Who forgot it, who never minded it?

Seas are waiting for us, to converge
World is waiting for us, to stop
Children are waiting for us, to born
Which of us forgot it, which of us never minded it?

I can smell you through my sunglasses
You’re digging much deeper
You’re getting more and more beautiful
Thought by thought, than ever

I’m counting the days
To smell your hair, to feel your moving
You’re afraid because I’m not afraid
Who’s brave, who’s coward?

You’re showing your leg
But you’re hiding your smile
It would be hard to keep that seriousness
It would be painful to hide your feelings

Take this leather box, it was my mother’s
Don’t be shy though, hide it from others
My heart, follow the golden fox, through many other
Let the tree grow, it is different from others

Our hearts waiting for our confessions, to thaw
Let me embrace you with my mind
Embrace me with your smile
Which of us leaving, which of us leading?

— The End —
