tonight, my soul is weeping
louvasari Jan 2014
As you gazed at me from afar
Secretly among the crowd
My core trembled with desire

In your eyes I schemed
My heart’s darkest quest
Your silent confess

And as my conscious surrendered
To my drunken soul
I sinfully wrote you
 Candidly waiting to read you

Despair is in the longing
For the melody of your voice
Whispering to my lips
As we inhale our lust
As we exhale our guilt

To you. Out there.

I stagger in desolation
To find you in isolation
Doomed was I, to want that which cannot be
They tell me, ‘beware!’
They not know of the depth of you

They tell me, ‘a love you shall not utter,
my dear, you cannot alter!’
I tell them what a sweet sweet living they waste
Not to have their heart beat for you

They ordained me to change the ballad
They showed me the way to Lethe
I sang the only ballad my heart fathoms
And showed them my way to Acheron

So in anguish, I dwell!
To solely love you
In the abyss of my heart

But the illusion of us
Is all there is
A secret garden you are
Behind the door of my soul

To you.Out there.

I drink away your absence
I smoke in my nuisance
I sleep to dream you
To wake up to feel you

You gave me a future
I can only abjure
You gave me a cause
I can only pause

You were my love
now you’re my dove
I was your Vivian
now I’m your burden

To you. Out there.by Lou

She craves wonder
louvasari Mar 2014
Give her thunder, she craves wonder
Don’t abide in sobriety, she yearns for insanity

And in the light of day, as the rays caress her lines
Whisper to her what you’ve heard from the wines

Giver her thunder, she craves wonder
Don’t bestow ordinary, she demands folly

And in the midst of night, as the sky shadows her lines
Murmur at her what you’ve heard from the heavenly wines*

oh, I beg you
louvasari Jan 2014
What a lonesome night without you my love
My fingers need to type what my heart wants to speak
How am I to slumber in the deprivation of the healing sound of your honeyed voice?

I reminisce your absence
As I dwell in your compliance
And in my solitude of heart I long
For the brutal necessity of your kiss

And as my heart beats to the silent melody of the pouring rain
I anguish in the comfort of your name

Oh, I beg you
What a lonesome night without you my forbidden

To you. Out there.

In the city of lights
louvasari Jan 2014
In the city of lights, our love grew
As the trees prospered in springtime
And the breeze caressed the crowded streets
You asked me to come back
You said ‘we’ll be together at last’

In the city of lights, our love died
As the trees perished in winter time
And the grey sky over shadowed the lonely streets
You asked me to go clear my mind
You said ‘We’ll see what happens when you come back ‘

Our love is holding on to a dying flame
Restlessly igniting itself
Quenching in our separateness
A self-sabotaged togetherness

In the city of lights, love kindles in flesh
And in poetry, it dies

To you. Out there
