Where I can revel in your grace
Away from all those memories stored
A world of discord ,wanting more!
Quietly I your spirit seek
When silence echos
I hear you speak
It's not a voice that I can hear
Rather a connection of drawing near
To a presence felt
Like a warm embrace
Like the warmth of the sun
Shine upon my face
My soul so hungry
For you layed  bare
In the hope you'll leave your essence there
May your gentleness speak upon my lips
My heart touched by your fingertips
My flesh my bones
nurtured
Deep within
Cleansed
Renewed

So Free from sin

When our hands are clasped in prayer
I find comfort knowing this
Our heavenly fathers listening
Un clasped hands
He opens his
Intently he will listen
To our simple prayer
His arms outstretched
He offers
Hope
Boundless love and care
Your faith may not move mountains
Sometimes it may sway
Especially when in troubled times
But that's when you should pray
None of us are perfect
God knows that is true
For this reason he gave his begotten son
Crucified was he for you
"Father do not forsake me"!
We're the words that Jesus gave
He took upon him -all our sin
For all the world to save
So whenever you are troubled
Hearts filled with dismay
Just clasp those hands together
And let him hear us pray

As I travel down life's dusty road
Across its rocky path
My hope is that I've shown gods love
Only positive aftermath
To lead by his example
Is my object of desire
I hope his light that dwells within
Shines like a glowing fire
Such peace I hold within my heart
knowing when death comes my way
That he has given eternal life
So I fear not
My dying day
No greater gift could I receive
For this reason
I am bold
I will embrace the gateway to heaven
The treasured path that's lined with gold

My mother is an angel
Who walked here on this earth
She touched every person
Oblivious  of her worth
Her tongue it spoke no malice
Her heart was lined with gold
Her inner beauty shone so bright
Even more as she grew old
She's helped so many people
With her tender loving care
She's sacrificed so many hours
Of love with time to share
Not just to her family
But to all
Who stepped her way
Not just sometimes
When it suited her
But every single day
My mother she's an angel
To know her
It's a pleasure
The respect I have the love I feel
For her
Is beyond measure
Im forever humbled by her ways
In her heart you'll find no doubt
I've never seen her cause discord
Or ever heard her shout
Her voice she spoke so quietly
She knew no selfish glare
She's my mother
My inspiration
Living proof
Gods really there.

My children as I watch today
I see you struggle to find your way
So many vices have gripped you tight
Some lead you into the dead of night
Like the restless sea or impending tide
I see your hearts- your troubled minds
You're stumbling blindly
Bound not free
Going through life so aimlessly

No real direction nor purpose found
Too much ! iniquity all around
Many speak my name in vain
Praying only! when they're  in pain

I see not truth
But many lying
Compassion absent
Too many dying
Relentless desires
Ruling within
Leading you to the wages of sin

Faith  -Hope  -Love.  (Peace  of Mind)

A friend is someone special
When you find one you will know
That through the years that pass us by
Your friendship it will grow
Together you will nurture it
Like a garden it will bloom
The essence of the time you share
Like the beautiful perfume
No measureing of this friendship
By the gifts that you receive
But rather by the trust that's built
In them you will believe
They'll be with you through the good times
They'll care when times are bad
Always there to wipe those tears
When your down or feeling sad
There is no price
That you could pay
No real way we can measure
The importance of a life long friend
More valuable than treasure

If you've had a father
Who didn't really care
Then just look up above
As your heavenly fathers there
He really cares for you
So much
His life he freely gave
Hoping you would turn to him
To allow you to be saved
He made it very simple
All he asks of us to do
Is repent of all our worldly ways
follow him our whole lives through
His love it is
so gentle
Everlasting always there
He does not want us suffering
Hurt pain nor despair
He's even left directions
In his holy book
That we should get to know him
All he asks is take a look
Not forcefull nor demanding
is this father take your time
Like myself you may resist him
But now he's placed his hand in mine
Each day now I walk with him
I've found a love I never knew
Could be so overwhelming
Unconditional
and true
So if your feeling sad and worn
Humanity your plight
No need to suffer anymore
Walk from that dark
Into the light.
