Trust is the power and the
Hope we have in Jesus
There is more that we know
In the power of Jesus
His Father, God is the answer
To every need we have
Here on earth
Praise is the joy  to share
With our Saviour
Who is so worth
Of all that we have
And all that we offer
Is to the mercy of God
Passion and love comes
From a depth of love
That the Lord has given
To us
Showing us, leading and holding
His sheep in His arms forever
Is the wonder and power of God
Trust forever, He's always with us
Taking us to a far better land
Holding us gently in powerful hands
His is the glory and the peace of God

Throughout the years and all the tears
Every heart that is broken and hurting
Is healed by the power and the victory
Of God
Jesus is victory,  call on His precious name
Call and believe and He will come to you
He will hold you in the  palm of His Hands
He is love and the mercy, the goodness
He cares that we know that He alone
Is who we need,  we can know He is God
By the wonder of miracles, love all enduring
The victory that He claims for healing and

With truth and with power
His glory is everywhere
Shining in brilliance above
Yet He's so very near to us
Jesus, hears us when we pray
He knows our every need
Healing our broken hearts
When crying out to our
Saviour who hears us
Coming to the foot of His throne

Believing that Jesus will  touch and
Restore
Broken and hurting hearts
Looking to Jesus for His loving
Touch
He hears us, with tears in His eyes
Sharing our need for mercy and
Healing
He'll save every sinner who
Calls on His name
For forgiveness and healing
He hears us, He knows and
He cares
He loves us, He surrounds us
With endless joy
He knows, Jesus knows
He has power to see victory
Everywhere
He is greater than all that we
Could ever hope to be
Jesus hears us, and He loves us,
As well

All our praises, all our joy
All our hope, our tears
No more fears come to
Test us again
All our hopes are with
Our Lord
Jesus almighty and gracious
So true to the nations
Who give Him their praises
To love and obey every word
From the morning He raises
The sun in the brilliant sky
Being our hope for a time
Of rejoicing before His throne
All our joy, all our love for Jesus
Is meaningful in the glory of God
We give praise, we give thanks
We honor and trust with faith
To rejoice in the beauty and glory
Of who you are
Believing and singing, worshiping
Praising the name so wonderful to me
All our praises are given with joy to the
King of Kings, Lord of all nations
Standing before us in holy presence
Listening to what we pray and holding

God's gift to a hurting world
Is the birth of His Son, His Son Jesus
God's love for us is His presence
Among us
Sending His Son to be born
Born human
Born to be a Savior to love us
To help us and care to carry
His flock to His place called heaven
