The robberies of time
Dr Manmohan Singh is the most honest Prime Minister
Ms Sonia Gandhi is his dearest sister
India is proud of Her Silvery Himalayas
And her Inestimable super scandals

If She is able to progress with such a large scale corruption
Which is as vibrant and furious as volcanic eruption,
Every  foreigner must be jealous of her glorious future
If the politicians become a bit patriotic in nature

G2 spectrum is the greatest scandal in India of incredible magnitude
The politicians and  the bureaucrats need to be complimented on their fortitude
Mother India is a benign Goddess of great treasure
She can withstand any arson , looting, robbery or  exploitation beyond any measure

A MONK AND A VAMP
A monk was concentrating upon God
In front of a vamp’s house
Whenever a visitor came
He would pick up a stone and threw it

Years rolled on and the stones piled up
The monk became old and the vamp sick
There was a huge heap of stones
The monk would look at it in surprise

The dooms day arrived
The monk was sent to hell
And the vamp to heaven
What a Paradoxical judgement!

The monk asked God
“Why did you send me to hell
And  the vamp to heaven”?
God replied,” you concentrated on her fraud
But she concentrated on God.
She dedicated her soul to me
And only her body to the visitors”
Once you were a twittering butterfly
And seduced many other insects
With your beautiful wings
And sweet sayings

The insects knew you   were a caterpillar
And a shameful lie teller and disgraceful yeller
You changed your colour and proud of your valour
You seem to be a chameleon and went into oblivion

You became an owl and speaks like a fowl
And didn’t change your impious soul
You were devoid of  any worthy goal
And thought that every other bird was a fool

You have became a saintly crane
And standing on  a single foot
To you life seems to be a circus feat
Every creature knows that you are a great cheat

WOMAN
Only a woman can give all of us birth
But for her we would not have been on this earth
We **** her breast for milk and lie on her chest
All our ways are not just

Mother is the holiest earth
Out of her womb we grew up like trees
Wife is the universal gardener
Who nourishes us with love and care

The sky is our fond grand mother
Who tells us many fairy tales
The fire is our  powerful aunt
Who prepares delicious diet

Water is our dear daughter
Who becomes our care taker.
The air is our kind sister
Without her we can’t live for an hour

What do we do for a woman?
Sometimes our ways are inhuman
In old age we ignore our mother
Her feelings we don’t bother

We sometimes **** our wife
Dowry is a double edged knife
We sometimes **** a female child in the womb
And don’t allow her to get to the tomb

Woman is the living Deity
We should treat her with great piety
Even if we can’t worship her
We should treat her as a human as she is our life giver

Fire works
Diwali is the festival of light
To those groping in the dark
But when  we celebrate the festival
With great delight
We never think of
The poor child’s pathetic plight
He is a burning *******
And she is an exploding fire work
Who illuminate others’ lives
But burn them selves like candles
How many children have got exploded
In the firework factories?
Child labour is a scar on Indian society
When I lit a lamp to night,I will shed a tear
For the poor soul
Who was burnt in the factory
Like a waste paper

THE SOLILOQUY OF FLOWERS
People think you are very tender
Because of your fair gender
But you are very cruel
And don’t know how we feel

The moment you look at us
You will instantly pick
And adorn your stylish lock
You separate us from our dear mother

You mercilessly dive a sharp needle
Into our gentle heart
And a make a beautiful wreath
To glorify your beauty

You sprinkle us on your wonderful bed
For making love with your love bird
In your ecstasy and privacy
You for get our delicacy

In the very morning
Unmindful of our suffering
You throw us into a huge heap
Ignoring our inconsolable grief and weep

I AM A BIG THIEF
I am a big thief
And I live in Independent India
On the 64th independence day
I was beaten almost to death
By the police
Because I was hungry
And tried to steal
An apple from a fruit vendor’s

On the same day
I saw the photograph
Of an officer
In all the leading news papers
He was given the best administrator’s
Award by the GOVERNMENT
He takes bribes everyday openly

THE MARRIAGE DAY
THE MARRIAGE DAY
Marriage  in human life
Brings a man a wife
And a woman a husband
Who make their lives grand

It adds honour to one’s personality
And brings clarity to our duty
It brings joy to the bride, groom
And to every body in the betrothal room

It is not to unite two bodies
But to ignite two souls
It may give the couple a son
Who shines as bright as the sun

It may give them a daughter
Who is as useful as water
And makes their lives better
Why don’t we celebrate it on twitter?

We may celebrate it in peculiar ways
In different countries
The rituals may be variant
But the bond should  be permanent

Marriage makes the two people one
And makes their life a fun
It makes the civilization run
Why don’t we publicize it as  much as we can?

man without humanity
MAN WITHOUT HUMANITY

A lion does not **** another lion
A tiger does not annihilate another tiger
But a man slaughters another man
For his own selfish reason

A brother kills his own brother
The sin or crime he does not bother
Man is given wonderful brain
Most times it goes in vain

Man assassinates man in the name of religion
Or for the mere difference of region
A woman burnt her own daughter
The illicit contact is the real matter

Man is worse than a beast
He does anything for his own feast
Shywolf(a fellow poet) is rather depressed
Because man’s humanity is compressed

Man should preserve his own race
He should never lose his grace
Let’s all pray for world peace
And not divide it piece by piece

MY DEAR HUMANIST
MY DEAR HUMANIST

You are an imperialist
He is a terrorist
You promote cold war
And declare unilaterally real war
He does the so called holy war
Both of you stretch it too far

He kills the people indiscriminately
And you discriminately
Saddam Hussain and Bin Laden were once your friends
Ultimately they became your rivals

Saddam was hanged by you
But Bin Laden still eludes you
You have the riches and power
And feel as if you were the law giver

UNO and the World Bank bow to your power
But the terrorist could demolish your tower
You divide and rule the world
He terrorizes it with his deed and word

Do you know how many people you murdered in the war?
None has stopped your inhuman actions so far
You make friends with one state
The neighbouring country your buffer state

You call yourself a great democrat and humanist
We know you are an imperialist
And worse than a terrorist
You never listen to the pacifist

THE POETIC GARDEN
THE POETIC GARDEN

Poets are plants
They make the world a garden
Every plant is unique
Every poet is a critic
Each plant has a different root
Every poet has a noble thought
A plant gives us a nice flower
A poet has a great word power
A plant gives us a delicious fruit
A poet’s words are as sweet
A flower will bloom
A poet relieves us our gloom
Plants add to nature’s beauty
A poet does his/her poetic duty
Plants need the sun to grow
Poets need wisdom to glow
Plants purify nature
Poets glorify its feature
Plants help us in many ways
Poets radiate their literary rays
Without plants there is no nature
Without poets there is no future
So I worship plants
And adore poets

THE POETIC BIRDS
Poets are birds
Birds use wings
And poets imagination to soar
High into the sky
Birds have light wings
Poets have delightful souls
Like birds poets knew no boundaries
They can cross any ocean
Or any nation
The **** wakes the world with his singing
And the poet with his writing
A pea-**** makes a beautiful dance
The poet depicts it in the lively verse
A cuckoo tells the arrival of the spring
With her melodious song
The poet creates a beautiful poem on spring
Which will stay for so long
Like a crow the poet tells
The world to share food
Like an eagle
The poet can see very far
Each bird tells something new
With its way of living
Each poet tells something noble
With his way of scribbling
Birds are part of nature
Poets describe its feature
Only poets look into future
They are creatures of great stature

A TRUE FRIEND
A true friend adds meaning to your life
A man may not have a wife
But without a friend his life is mere strife
Loneliness is a double edged knife

A woman may not have a husband
But a friend is a must on this land
He/she lends his/her helping hand
Without a friend her life is as wasteful as sand

A friend shares our joy
Our heart becomes as light as a toy
A true friend shares our grief
The suffering becomes very brief

Tell me your friend, I will tell what you are
A friend should be a shining star
He will give us light
And makes our lives bright

Why don’t you choose a nice friend?
Your boredom will soon end
Friendship is a beautiful flower
It is the gift of our life giver

A friend should be our life’s cream
He/she should be a part of our team
Life is just like a game
Losing it sometimes is not a shame

A friend relieves your gloom
He/she makes your life bloom
Our life is a beautiful dream
We should make it a running stream

WHY WERE WE BORN?
We are the precious gifts of God

But we have to bear the brunt of rod

We beg for alms but noone cares or loves

Our tender hands hit the hills with hammers

We have feelings,emotions and longings

but we are nobody’s belongings

The cruel mothers have left us

And the irresponsible fathers ignored us

We work in the sun and in the rain

Our life is full of extreme pain

There is no colour or joy in our life

It is a perpetual mental and physical strife

We want to go to school and play

But we live and sleep on the clay

We have burns,bruises and diseases

The cold society does’nt hear our voices

OH God! Kiss us,caress us and love us

Or atleast **** us and redeem us

We can nolonger bear the woes

Save us as soon as please
The platforms are full of passengers

The fruits, coffees and tea stalls

The train runs on the track with heels

Like the whops of horses

Passengers enter the train in a hurry

And leave without any worry

Someone sleeps in the berth and snores

Some other sits and reads the news

The gluttonous eater eats the eats

The vendor sells nuts and peas

and cries like the buzzing bees

the T.C comes, wakes up and asks

for the ticket and bribes for berths

the beggar begs for alms singing hymns

some play cards making unbearable noises

the child weeps ,cries and moans

the thief enters the coaches

and tries to steal the bags

the passengers make friends with ease

but it will very soon cease

life like railway travel is a passing shower

it doesn’t last forever

It lasts only till the destination comes

The passenger takes the bag and leaves

MY DEAR BASTARD
You are  my  dear foreign  *******

You have become our watch word

You conquered the whole world

You are a piercing, powerful bird

You are a big vulture

The destroyer of Indian culture

You devoured almost all the other birds

It is very pleasing to hear your words

Once you made the sun never set

Many rules have you got

Have you ever followed them yet?

For the rich and the elite you are a pet

Everybody wants to make friends with you

Why do you bless a chosen few?

Your genealogy is rather difficult to cite

Your access to the rural poor is a pathetic plight

In alien places you come to our rescue

The entire human race looks for you in a queue

The readers wonder who you are.

You may not be a living creature.

I don't want make a lot of fuss
It is left to the readers to make a right guess

OUR LIFE ON EARTH
Our life on earth is a mystery
But we should find a page in history
We can not get it by becoming rich
Or crying at the top of our pitch

We should do noble things
And follow the noble sayings
Read the holy books
And have benign looks

We should help the poor
And go on a holy tour
Do something for our society
On the needy we should take pity

We don’t know what happens after death
Nothing is permanent on earth
We should pray to God
And be free from any fraud

Only God should be our Lord
He is undoubtedly our guard
We should not make any sin
God saves us like his own skin

LOVE IS THE ESSENCE OF LIFE
Love is the essence of life
It is the antidote to strife
Love binds the people together
It makes our lives peaceful forever
Love is entirely different from lust
Selfless love is the best
Love is the greatest of all emotions
Man is the cleverest of all creations
Internet makes the world a global village
All of us have created a page
Every blog should become an adage
English makes our lives rich
It should come to common man’s reach
Writing poetry is a great art
It should touch our heart
All the world is a stage
Why should we live in a cage?
We should enjoy the beauty of nature
We relish every aspect of her feature
Our life on earth is not permanent
We should believe that it is transient
We don’t know when our life ends
One day the e-mail God sends
We should open it gracefully
We will have lived our life meaningfully

SABBATH
There is a great glow on Jesus’ face
He was born to rescue the entire human race
Blessed are the people who believe in Christ
He is undoubtedly the divine priest
Him we should continuously pray
And keep the Satan at bay
If we don’t love our fellow human
We will never reach heaven
We should do our duty
The holy Bible exhorts us to take pity
Jerusalem is the Jesus’ birth city
Mother Mary has great piety
Jesus blossomed in the west
His teachings are the best
Our life on earth is a myth
Man forgets this eternal truth
Man incessantly hankers after riches
Doesn’t hesitate to delve deep into ditches
He tells spurious lies
And falls an easy prey to vice
He forgets the purpose of his life
And lives in perpetual strife
Jealousy and hatred are real hell
Only good things we should tell
We should never spread horror or terror
It is an inexcusable error
We should not fight for religion
Man should be peaceful in every region
God is indisputably one
Fighting for Him is real sin
We should be ready for the Doomsday
Christianity shows us the right way
The Bible leads us to the holy path
I think we will have the purification bath
We should get ready for the Sabbath
Jesus will give us his holy cloth

Life is a mysterious journey
From the cradle to the grave

To some it seems real honey
For earthly pleasures they become a slave

Some hanker after the riches
Others live in cozy houses
Some others live near ditches
Others suffer from chronic diseases

Everyone should transform to old age
In the end feels depressed and alone

He/she can move only in a carriage
Many riches he/she may own

Nobody loves an old man/woman
But he/she wants to live for some more time

The inevitable Death knocks at his/her door as common phenomenon
Man/woman follows Him leaving this world for the mortal crime
For an immature poet like me the rhyme
Becomes the greatest crime

I want to write a poem on a piece of soap
Or the greatness of the Italian Pope

I talk about the faithfulness of a pet dog
Or the great utility of a school bag

I can write a poem on a match stick
Since I feel, for poetry there is no yardstick

Mr George J Jerry thinks My poetry is rather Awkward
I can no longer go any forward

He feels my poetry is meant for un-schooled
I don’t think I am even a bit fooled

He opines my poems are mere mush
And I am making unnecessary fuss

In fact I am very much cooled
Because I think I am correctly ruled

THE RAMAYANA RETOLD IN VERSE
Oh! Rama you are the most virtuous
You are the eldest son of king Dasaratha’s
You always stood by your word
You are the greatest man in the world
Your wife Sita is the most pious woman
Your step mother kaika asked your father for a boon
She asked you to go to the forest
She refused your father’s request
You obliged your father’s promise
He grieved to lose your loving kiss
Along with your chaste wife
In forest you spent fourteen years’ strenuous life
Brother Lakshmana shared your strife
He cut demon shurphanaka’s nose with a knife
The demon Ravana came in disguise
Sita fell a prey to his vice
He abducted her to his kingdom
Sita was deprived of her freedom
You wept for Sita like a man
Trials and tribulations are very common
You made friends with Lord Hanuman
He was undoubtedly a super man
He flew to Ravana”s kingdom
And relieved Sita”s boredom
He assured her Rama would **** the demon
Because He was supra human
In the fierce fight
You were too great for his sight
Ravana fell down in the battle field
Sita was freed from his yield
You were crowned king
Many songs did the people sing
We celebrate your birth day with religious zeal
All our troubles you will seal

THE GLORIOUS SUNSHINE
After the incessant rain
Comes the glorious sunshine
A day’s depressing gloom
Is relieved by a blossoming bloom

After the tempest’s harm
Comes the great calm
An extreme pain
May give an unbelievable gain

The glorious sun rays
Dispel the dark ways
In the autumn the beautiful leaves fall
But in spring we hear the cuckoo’s melodious call

The summer heat almost consumes us
But we feel the cool breeze
Our suffocation it will release
And our uneasiness will soon cease

The rain sprinkles our heart
We are a part of nature’s art
Our life span may be short
But we should make it smart

For many years long
In anticipation of her dear king
The most beautiful seasonal spring

The song was so sweet and great
That it was heard all over the world
The world sympathized with the cuckoo
To console her they stood in a queue

The bird waited for the king
She expected a wedding ring
But he went to another land
Which he thought more grand

The cuckoo was shocked
Her voice was choked
How long will she stop the song?
It was not at all her wrong

She sang a different song

They blessed she would live long!
Her divine song she would prolong

He is greater than Mount Everest
and relieves us of all our fraud

A HEAVENLY SIGHT
The stars come down to earth

On a special plight

To make our lives bright

For kids inexpressible delight

The earth becomes the sky

Our imagination soars very high

The light drives out darkness

As knowledge does ignorance

Even the angels enjoy this night

holding the kids so tight

The moon claps with a shout

even terrorists stops their fight

All religions love light

It is the heavenly sight

May light dawn in our heart!

Loving people is the greatest art
I am neither lyrical JOHN KEATS
nor the great WB YEATS
I have never reached great heights
I am in my preliminary plights
I talk about fundamental rights
or the beauty of Diwali lights
most of my poetry is immature
but my friends praise it very pure
I know for sure
they don't want to hurt my heart
and never critisize my art
because it is the most sensitive part
But I know my own limits
I have got fewer merits
than unidentified demerits
