Friends were made out of you and me,
When we sat down under that giant tree,
The true friendship that you gave me,
I’ll cherish it for my lifetime if not for eternity.

My friend, I’m sorry if you think that I don’t see,
And value those simple things you do for me,
But the truth is I always keep them with me,
I say these words to you with all authenticity.

Arigatou Tomodachi! You know how much I love thee,
You are my source of happiness and prosperity,
When I am sad, you’re always there to comfort me,
And likewise, we help each other in times of difficulty.

Friends were made out of you and me,
When we sat down under that giant tree,
The true friendship that you gave me,
I’ll cherish it for my lifetime if not for eternity.

What words can I say
to convey
a cliché?

Your words
and ideas

don’t have
anything
to
say

to give me the strength
to carry on

for
the
day.

You’re annoying me,
just please

get out
of
my
way.

Winter falls
as the
summer breezes,

Hearts burn
as the
fire freezes,

Mockers go quiet
as the
mute teases,

Peace comes in
as the
war ceases.

A day for nephews and a day for nieces,
A time to serve and a time for wishes,

Beasts of the earth and ocean’s fishes,
Alone made by the God who blesses.

They say not one thing
won’t come to last.

Had their faith
on Him fallen so fast?

Did kindess and mercy of God avast?
For human to say all things won’t last?

Rivers explored as
deserts left uncharted,

Desire,
thirst
and hunger
left thwarted,

Who says love and lust
can never be parted?

Who says courage isn’t
for the fainthearted?

Who says all things
come to an end?

Did they not believe that Christ ascend,
From the grave and yet they contend,
That all things will come to an end?

In sin, we received death and pain.
In Him, lifelong eternity is to gain.

He’d come
to wash away our stain,

Trusting in Him
won’t be in vain.

So sing Hallelujah and praise His name!

To all the ends of the earth we proclaim,
Jesus, savior of sinners – of whom I claim,

Death and sin He overcame!

Once I met a stranger on a typical Saturday night,
As I watch the passengers, as my hands are holding tight,
The precious possessions of a wealthy playwright,
This stranger looked at me and asked if I’m alright.

I answered back, bewildered, not looking at his face,
Suddenly, the busy streets became a quiet place,
Those towering skyscrapers all covered now with haze,
It felt like the two of us were left in an empty space.

This stranger gave me this only dear thing he has,
A thick mass of aged manuscripts covered in brass,
“Eat it,” he said, soon it was time for him to leave the bus,
I did not understand his words until I knew who he was.

As I look, I opened by chance to the book of John,
And there I read about God’s only precious Son,
Stranger on earth, laid down his life for the sin of man,
For whom who will believe in Him, salvation will be done.

Bridge:
And as I turned the pages,
I saw the stranger’s love,
For me and for all ages,
To live with him above.

Chorus:
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The stranger was the Christ,
The stranger who gave up his life for my sins,
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The stranger was the Christ,
The stranger who laid down his life for your sins.

I knew right then the stranger was nothing but the Christ,
And to those who believe in Him, salvation was the prize,
I don’t know why He came to me in disguise,
But one thing I’m sure of, I’m saved by the stranger, and the stranger was the Christ.

Repeat Chorus

And we will live with Him above
And we will live with Him above
And we will live with Him above

I still taste your
honey-like-tongue
as if it was
like yesterday.

Feels like
the first time
we kissed
each other
on a
rainy day.

I still dream of you
every night
even
though
we’re through.

Oh, I hate
the feeling that
I still can’t
get over you.

I still feel
your sugar-like-lips;
you let
them
wander
around my body.

I don’t know why
I get so excited
every time
you do it
to me.

I can’t resist
your temptations.

I’m drowning
in my
deepest
emotions.

Baby* stay with me
just linger here for a while

Maybe
we’ll be together
forever
with a smile

On your face I see
eternity coming to beguile
Me
as if
I’m walking with you
down the aisle

Tell me
how this Payne’s Gray of yours
struck me in the eye

So wonderful
lately I’m in a state of daze
and my face just can deny

Like a bunch of rose petals
falling down from the sky
Straight to the bedlike-cobwebs
where you and I
lie

The strands
of my hair
are filled with your
Payne’s Gray

Let’s watch the moonlight
as it touches the day

Don’t ask why
just sit beside me

come what may

Come what may
your Payne’s Gray

Sleep with me for the night is through
and the day is coming

Loosen your tight
forget about the world
and just think of nothing

Empty your sight
like you don’t want to see
what tomorrow may bring

The daylight-stricken strands of my hair
with your Payne’s Gray shining

I’m a helpless statue carved by man’s hands
Look at me, from this is where my pedestal stands

Fallen out of the sky, my wings are broken firebrands
Like serene meadows from within, like an angel so tragic lands

I’m an offspring of decadence, my will is shut down
Dressed in another man’s linen, the eyes of someone is my gown

Covered in winter snow, yet my whole world is burning down
How I wish they know, how it feels to wear a thorn-like crown

Look at me,
I’m like star dusts falling from the sky

Can’t you see?
Feel the emptiness in my eye

Waste no time.
By now you should have heard my cry

Knitted wings of liberation,
Fly me there somewhere up high

Stay with me, forget reality, and never ask for more
Immersed in jubilance, your love is what I existed for

Vigorous as lightning as
I’m walking the ocean floor

Like an angel so tragic lands,
Like my faded footsteps on your door
