your curls,
too bad a photograph
is so intimate

because you belong to her

but I promise it's not like that,
I never deserved you, anyways.

the tilt of your chin in worship
your laugh,
the sound, & your expression
it's like music,

arched to your brow bone

I hate it when I can't find the right way to say something I feel deeply
