Deep in the night
When darkness is at peak
You find yourself  all alone
Enslaved by fear
Think of me,
I will be your guiding light
In the dead of the night
When the mighty owl hoots
I will comfort you,
Till morning comes

They have become
enemies of the world
Enemies indeed I say
Of our pretty blue planet.

You see, growing up taught me
Two important life lessons
That a family that stays together
fights together,
And that our actions bring back with them
Consequences that impact our lives
Well the first may not be true always
But you all agree with me,
Make wise decisions if you wanna live

Preach that message to all creatures,
All except man
For he is busy destroying
What nature took millennia to build
Climate change has been a hot issue
That he has done little about
And now thanks to his cutting of trees
And release of toxic fumes
Our forests are a blazing furnace
Rendering our entire population
Homeless and hopeless
It’s so funny that he is now trying
to correct his wrongs
by putting out the fire for us
But the damage has already been done
A salute to man for that.

Let’s just hope we will find
A nice and new forest to live in
Or just end up at an orphanage
like millions of others
Where we will enjoy fresh eucalyptus again
trying to forget that this ever happened.

the gun lay at the table
just there before me
i stared at it
and thought of my life
and my uncle
and that fateful night...

the thought was chilling
i dont want to mention it
but one thing was clear
i never wanted to face the world again
the gun offered the quickest option
an enticing option indeed
but i still stood there
wondering if i was gonna regret it
hahahaha...as if dead people felt anything
what a crazy thought I had indeed.

the soldier will  be remembered
for his mighty deeds
his great services to the nation
will be a treasure to our children
death was all around him
and the sky was all red
missle after missle  launched
and bullet after bullet fired
all this killed people in their hundreds
but he had to be brave
and fight the enemy
although survival was  a huge gamble
he had to fight like a real warrior
die like a true hero!

It was just a wild guess
Something that had just sprung up in
my mind
It was like a little candle in the dark
That I was just about to put out
But you then appeared in my life
and changed it all
You opened my eyes to see that thing
in a whole new dimemsion
A dimension that I had never thought of before
A dimension that gave me new strength
It is because of you now that I live differently
That I am now the very thing I swore to destroy
And for this I say thank you
Thanks a million bucks.
Now please take my hand,
and lead me to new places
Places I have never seen before
and let me lose it before you
It is a short life
We cant afford to waste it
And I want to spend every minute of it
Under the cover of your warm and sunny charm.

We have to work and toil
and we have to dream and hope
All our ambitions will come true
If we just pick up from where we left
We still have this huge stone
That we have to push to the top of the mountain
Yes we will have to push it hard
Remembering all we were told as kids
that its in the midst of turbulence at sea
that a sailor's true skills are tested
So dare to get up my fellow sir
and pick up your cloak
We still have a few moons before reaching the peak
A few moons before we proudly look back
At where we came from

Great sorrow for us
As we have been left behind
By our scheduled bus
Which was to take us to utopia
We are dejected and stranded
In this shadowy land
A land full of danger
A land filled with nothingness
What to do next is what we try to figure out
As our supposed troop leaders are of no use
Their greatest concern is to fill up their bellies
And it seems that they have no regard for our situation
All they do is sleep in their cabins with loud snores and farts
What a perfect example they are to all of us
It is under such leadership
That we hope for brighter days to come.
