A bunch of anxiety
Curled up in the body
Making you nervous
Freaking you out

Stress is a
Major part of
Our daily lives
Killing us
On the inside

Maybe one day
You'll realize
All the pain you caused me
How hurt I am
How bad I hurt myself
All because of
What you've done to me

If I could fall
Asleep and
Never wake up
To this pain again
I'd take that chance

If I could wake up
Outside of this hell

Grateful
