Everywhere the wind blows,
you know my heart goes too
For I look for you in the spring time
and in the trees of apple orchard's new
I look for you in winters rhyme,
when all the snow is whitened blue
I look for you in the firelight,
when the warmth of embers ensue
But you are not there nor here
and for you my heart does ache
I thought I saw you once under moonbeams,
on a cold and lonely waters lake;
There you blew a kiss, into the cold night wind,
it reached my longing lips, and warmed me up again
