As children we learn to dance

We're handed our masks and given our parts

We tape up our ****** nubs and nurse our bruises

Taught never to let down our guards

Never to try and see beyond anyone's Clark Kent.

We go to sleep at night with the comfort of knowing we're blind

We've closed our eyes, hoping that we won't have to open the windows

That we'll never send that breathe of fresh air

But soon enough we realize that we aren't alone

This turmoil we feel inside is normal

So we begin to question why it hurts so much to be alive

Why we're forced to continue this facade

Then we find out it's just easier that way

Easier to pretend the scars never existed and the wounds are gone

It's just easier to say goodbye, sit in our room, and cry

Because as children we learned to dance

We were handed our masks and given our parts
The bird of Spring has flown away. Long south
her feathers trail, forgetting cool wind song
and coos of happiness. And why's she wrong
to soar above my love with scattered youth?
Another bird is nesting in cold groups
on Scotland’s shore, her plumage bright and long;
enamoured of her shrilling calls among
exhaling frosty nights and twisting swoops.
I, who have seen so many flocks that made
the fleeting joy trill, still am sad to know
they're gone, perhaps never to return again
or if they do perhaps changed, with wings outsplayed
to other mates, with other rhymes to show
that catch the dry wind’s struggle on the plain

Our apologies.
We seemed to have misplaced your heart.
We are unable to find it
All in its part.
Hope is lost, joy is hidden.
Peace is gone, and love forbidden.

Share in my glare, for it will not last.
Engage and attempt to feel this
Body and know this mind.
Implicitly, explicitly try.
By the time it clicks and by the
Time a tree branch barks and leaves you
Be forever, try once again for the
Sake of fall weather.

I went on a trip one day.
the colors bent my thoughts.
I saw the light ahead of me.
Ever colorful and raw.

I witnessed a pure form of life itself.
I saw the spirit that exists.
Everything I thought I knew,
Always held a little twist.

When you lay your eyes upon it.
Your mind's in disbelief.
It's just one drip of liquid.
It must be something weak.

The domino just fell.
Finally, you're on your way.
There's no stopping it now.
Just hold on tight.

You never though the world you're in,
Could possibly exist.
Until you see your other world.
Dripping from your fist.

The biscuit ate your doggy,
but that's just in your mind.
Difficult to see what's happ'nin
When your face just left your eyes.

Beast

Eyes glowing in the dark.
Not just two, but six glowing eyes.
There movements are identical,
Each to the other.
For those were not the eyes of three beasts,
But one beast with three heads.
For your sake and that of others,
I suggest that you avoid this three headed beast.

You might never cross his path.
But understand that if you do,
You will no longer be in control.
You will succumb to the powers of this beast.

Devour not one, but three intertwined souls,
And capture a magic that few may possess.
This three headed beast makes soldier's into lunch.
They're no match for him.

Beware,
He will forever lurk in the shadows.
Pray that you never become Prey.

How I describe that feeling!!
Feeling of taking the darker side,
Feeling of leaving the brighter side,
Hiding the sacrificial feel,
Feeling the joy of thou.

This is all about heart and love;
They make us do painful thing in joyful manner;
Your mother could have slept a little longer;
Your dad could buy you cheap sandals;
But she woke and worked, he bought you best he could;

This smile too has many behaviours;
Yes behaviours- to show gladness. To hide feelings;
Love makes many sacrifices,  joy of giving becomes larger;
Just imagine what it makes you to do;
Giving someone more priority than you yourself;

You don't plan it, you don’t think much you just do it;
Things seem as if going themselves perfectly;
Getting crazy is as if a compliment;
Crazy for your beloved;
Crossing social limits for your beloved;
