I hear you, Jesus, I hear you
I know you call me by my name

I trust you Jesus, I love you, Jesus
You are the glory and hope

You are the answer this world
Is in need of

Trusting and looking boldly
With prayers to you, Jesus

Sufficient in every day
That I live

I long for you

I look up to Jesus
With faith and with pride

To goodness and mercy

Praises that flow with

For the mercy that heals me

With every breathe and every thought
To give to my saviour
Loving my Father with
Joy that reigns freely
Throughout the nations
Looking with wonder to eternity
Every day is a blessing that finds me
Enriching and holding my life
For a glorious eternity

Throughout the times when the storms
Of life appear
And my heart feels broken
I turn to Jesus with praise
Praise to Jesus my saviour
My hope for a time of peace
Where beauty surrounds Him
In His holiness
And angels sing adoration to  
Jesus, our Father in a holy place
No one forgives and pardons our sins
Blessings flow freely from Jesus alone
Comforting, healing, washing the past away
Giving us reasons to praise His name
It's so important to praise the Lord
No one cares for us constantly
Watching over us
With beauty and truth for a broken world
Praise to Jesus, our one true Lord
